Our Business

Some services that we perform are as follows: assisting in mowing the yard, cleaning the garage, cleaning the attic, limited plumbing work, carrying any heavy boxes, putting together any kind of assemblages, scrubbing walls, spot painting, cleaning windows, ceiling fans repairing any minor electrical work,storage shed cleaning,  repairing handicap ramps, etc. We also provide information from various organizations that offer assistance for a variety of needs, such as home care, food banks, clothing, plus Medicaid and Medicare assistance. If for any reason a job cannot be performed because of or due to a technicality of the job, Open Arms will inform the elderly person of such facts and direct them to a reputable partnering company that may be able assist and/or provide a service.

Who We Are

We at Open Arms are committed to providing top quality services to the elderly community. Here at Open Arms we want to give back to the elderly, which have given so much over the years to our community and our country.

 At present we have volunteers operating in Citrus County,Hernando County, Levy County,Marion County and Sumter County.

Who Qualifies for our services?

The Organization will provide services to the elderly who are at the age of 55 and older, who are independently living AND FINANCIALLY challenged with some form OF PHYSICAL or mental impairment.  There are exceptions to the rules depending upon the situation. We try to help anyone.
